Alta Software Tools, Inc. successfully released today a new version and upgrade of its property mapping software, Map My Land ™ after a difficult summer at its development office in Ada, Ohio.

According to co-founder and partner, Dave Retterer: “We were completely flooded out twice by hurricane Irene and another storm here at our development office in Ada.  Thanks to Carbonite®, all the computerized development data was recovered but the hardcopy development notes and data were completely destroyed.”

While research and development operations were delayed four months, the Ada office has managed to release version 1.11.11.9.    As per Alta Software Tools, Inc. upgrade policy, there is no charge to existing customers to upgrade.
